Finding the hotel is unnecessarily stressful due to complicated directions and inadequate signage!!! A lack of elevators makes it a hassle for travelers with heavy luggage!!! The Wi-Fi is annoyingly slow, definitely needs an upgrade!!!

The room was spacious and clean, while the airport shuttle service was efficient and prompt, making my travel easy. However, the noisy air conditioning disrupted my sleep during the night.

Efficient shuttle service management made my transfers easy.

Not only that, but the room had such poor sound insulation I could hear conversations and even arguments from other guests. Plus, the hotel had this strange outdoor motel setup, making it feel unprofessional and not what I expected for an airport hotel.

I found the Ap Hotel Madrid Airport to be very convenient for an overnight stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfy beds. The complimentary airport shuttle service ran smoothly, which I appreciated as a solo traveler.

Surroundings felt dodgy.

The staff was kind and accommodating, offering a room upgrade that provided more space and comfort. However, the ground floor room lacked curtains, impacting privacy, and there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Disturbing noise levels were present, possibly due to nearby industrial activity, making for an uncomfortable stay. Dining options were severely limited with overpriced food and out-of-order facilities, leaving little to no alternatives for guests.

The vending machines were super handy for a late-night snack, and I appreciated the cozy setup for watching TV in the common area. Even though the hot water in the shower wasn't reliable, it didn’t put a damper on my stay. For future guests, a top-floor room might help with a little less noise at night! 😊

pleasant stay,, but some room for improvement

The beautiful wood in the walls created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The 24-hour desk staff were friendly and eager to help with any questions I had during my stay. The hotel offered a reliable shuttle service to the airport, which was easy to arrange and very convenient for my early flight. I also enjoyed the great coffee shop nearby, which made mornings much better.

Parking options were quite tricky and limited during my stay.

Super close to the airport with free shuttle service at 4 AM for my early departure. The staff were really friendly and helped with my check-in. The location was easy to access despite the convoluted traffic maze.

There was nothing I didnt like.

We loved the easy shuttle service. Played some golf nearby and checked out a little restaurant across the street for dinner. Breakfast was great and the room was cozy enough to relax in after a long day.

We did struggle a bit with the location, as it wasn't super easy to find at first, which can be frustrating after a long flight.

Good for a Quick Stopover

Convenient shuttle service to the airport made our early flight hassle-free. We enjoyed drinks and tapas at the bar. both were reasonably priced and satisfying. The large, clean room provided a comfortable stay despite some noise. Future guests should prepare for limited dining options nearby.
